Quarterly Pest Control
At the time of service we inspect the property inside and out under sinks and other entry way pest may enter, we treat the base boards of the house, and leave out insect traps for monitoring purposes, on the outside we treat 5 foot around the base and all doors and windows of the structure with liquid and granular formulas for the best protection, we also include sweeping down your eves to remove spider webs
With the Quarterly service your guarantee 1 free re-spray between each service this includes ants, spiders, mice, wasp and common household pest problems

Roach Control
This treatment is a 2x treatment. The first treatment we inspect all areas infested, we identify the problem and work with the customer to help get a better understanding on how we can work together using IPM strategies to get the situation under control. We do ask the customer to remove all objects and food items from the kitchen cabinets and drawers so our technicians can do a through job on the first treatment. We also include the outside by applying a 5 foot perimeter liquid and granular chemical on the outside and sweeping of eves. At the first treatment the technician will set up your follow up appointment for 7 to 10 days later. The 2nd treatment is at no cost to you and is included in the initial charge. (Be advised if a major roach problem is detected the technician may advise a monthly service until under control.)
Yard Sprays
This includes a layer of granules and liquid chemical treatment this is to kill those pesky grubs and fleas and ticks in the yard (good for 3 months depending on weather)
Mosquito Sprays
This provides a perimeter yard protection and protection around your home decks and any other outdoor structures from those pesky mosquitos
